Production
SPC flooring is produced from a stone-polymer composite through extrusion, hot-pressing of the decorative film and wear layer, precision cutting, and click-profile milling. Finished boards receive UV coating and are inspected before packaging.
Quality control
Material inputs, thickness, click fit and surface appearance are checked at each stage. Products are tested against relevant performance criteria including dimensional stability, wear resistance and cigarette-burn behavior, with third-party reports available on request.
Export logistics
From our Guangzhou base we handle OEM labeling, carton and pallet configuration, container loading and export documentation. Mixed containers across designs and thicknesses help buyers build a full product program without excess stock.
